When you have created your survey, you are given a link to a webpage (a URL). You can send this link in an email, to the people you want to answer your survey. Or you can embed the survey directly in at post on your blog or a page on your website.
You can send your survey to others via email by clicking on My Surveys and clicking on Invite Users. You can enter the email addresses of those you wish to fill in your survey and also customize your email that you send out to them. An email will be sent to all your email addresses at the same time.
Add social sharing to your survey. When you are creating your survey you can click on the Add Social Sharing button to allow your respondents to share the survey with others.
You can get a link of your survey to send to people or to add to your social media outlets (Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest etc) by clicking on My Surveys and selecting Settings for your survey. You will then be able to find a direct link to your survey under the Link section.
